Constructed from high-strength, heat-treated 1040 unalloyed steel, it undergoes our patented induction hardening process for maximum wear resistance. Designed to meet OEM standards, it offers wide compatibility across Meritor EX+ LS, Dana Spicer, Eaton, and Haldex ModulT brake systems—fitting major truck brands such as Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt, Mack, Volvo, and International LT Series.

Description
Our highway and dump truck spindles are built to handle the most demanding conditions in commercial trucking. The bearing areas of the spindle receive targeted induction heating for maximum wear resistance, and the entire spindle undergoes a comprehensive hardening process to reinforce its structural integrity for long-term performance.

What’s in the box:
Spindle – The primary load-bearing component, ensuring smooth operation under heavy loads.
Sleeve – Provides a secure fit within the axle housing, prevents misalignment and vibration, while reducing metal-to-metal excessive wear.
Gasket – Protects internal components by sealing out contaminants like dirt, water, and road debris.
ABS Mount – Ensures accurate placement of the ABS sensor for wheel speed monitoring and proper braking function.
Bolts – High-strength fasteners to secure the spindle in place and prevent loosening.
