Axle Spindle No-Go Gauge

The Axle Spindle No-Go Gauge is a precision tool for testing truck and trailer spindles and identifying wear. Slide the gauge onto the bearing surface. If it fits, the spindle is worn beyond safe limits and must be replaced. If it does not fit, the spindle is within tolerance and doesn’t need replacement. Always handle the tool carefully during inspection and never force it onto the bearing journals.

Run the gauge across the bearing surface to check for wear in all directions. The tool is versatile and can test highway trucks, straight trucks, pickup trucks, and trailer spindles.

Machined from lightweight aluminum with tight tolerances, the gauge features 14 gauge points from slot A to slot N, allowing technicians to inspect different bearing groups with a single tool.
